The Opportunity
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Academy Program Coordinator to join Postman on a contract basis. This role is all about making our customer and internal training programs run smoothly — from managing attendee communications to supporting our users through Zendesk. You’ll handle scheduling, logistics, and follow-up to ensure every training experience is seamless.
What You’ll Do
- Customer Support – Provide day-to-day support for Academy users via Zendesk, including troubleshooting issues, answering inquiries, and escalating complex problems as needed.
- Training Logistics – Coordinate private training sessions by managing calendars, booking rooms, arranging logistics, and ensuring all event details are in place.
- Attendee Communications – Send pre- and post-session emails to attendees, including event details, surveys, and relevant resources.
- Event Coordination – Partner with Academy leads to manage session schedules, prepare materials, and liaise with instructors and attendees.
- Administrative Support – Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendee lists, and follow-up actions.
- Experience in event coordination, program support, or customer service (SaaS or education programs preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to follow established processes
- Comfort using tools like Zendesk, Google Workspace, Airtable and online scheduling platforms
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
