Description: 2 years of experience in a hospital setting is required. Active compact RN license is mandatory. BLS certification is required. Candidates must be familiar with inpatient case management. Experience in discharging and guardianship is essential. Candidates should be comfortable working with families and planning for long-term care placement. The patient ratio is generally 25 to 40. The unit comprises 3 social workers and 10 RN case managers, along with a manager and director. The documentation system utilized is Expanse and Careport. The dress code is business casual.
