Key Job Details - ER RN Travel Assignment Location: Saratoga Springs, NY 12866 (New York nursing jobs) Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse Unit: Emergency Room (ER) Start Date: August 25, 2025 End Date: November 22, 2025 Duration: 13-week contract Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (12-hour night shifts) Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed Schedule: Every other weekend and holiday required Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1990 - $2130 Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State Minimum 5 years of recent Emergency Department (ED) nursing experience Experience as a crisis evaluator for mental health patients in the ER Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS Proficient in EPIC charting system Ability to pass ECG exam upon arrival (study materials provided) Must not reside in specified NY counties (see job details) Not eligible if employed at this facility in the past year or AMC network in the past six months Emergency Room Nurse Responsibilities Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in a fast-paced ER environment Conduct crisis evaluations for mental health patients Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes Accurately document patient care using EPIC system Respond to emergency situations and deliver advanced life support Complete required training and ECG exam Follow facility policies, including attendance and call-off procedures (up to 5 shifts may be canceled per contract) Experience the arts, culture, and natural beauty of Saratoga Springs while making a difference in emergency care.
