We're seeking a CNC Lathe Machinist to work under the guidance of our client's Machine Shop Supervisor, operating advanced CNC equipment to produce high-quality components for a variety of engineering applications. Schedules & Pay: 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM | $21-$24/hr 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday | 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM | $21-$26/hr Responsibilities: Interpret blueprints, drawings, and detailed instructions for precision fabrication Set up and operate 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC Haas Mills and Fanuc-controlled CNC Lathes Adjust programs at the machine and collaborate with programmers for first-article approvals Monitor machining performance and recommend improvements Work with Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Production teams to maintain standards Assist with tool selection, part setup, and technique optimization Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of CNC machining experience Proficiency with FANUC and/or Haas controls Strong blueprint reading and documentation interpretation skills Familiarity with CAD/CAM programming and manufacturing software High school diploma or equivalent Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently to meet deadlines Why You'll Love This Job: We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your health, financial goals, and work-life balance.
