Job Title

Develops, maintains, and supports technical infrastructure, hardware, and system software components for small to mid-sized projects. Ensures the performance and reliability of all information technology services meet the needs of the business. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. 3-5 years of End User Computing systems engineering experience. Effective verbal, written, and organizational skills. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Experience operating with minimal supervision. Love for the job and team participation. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to create and maintain professional relationships. High commitment to quality and best practices. Analyze, report, and monitor usage and activity. Ability to participate in 24x7 on-call support. Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

Provides tier two and three engineering support across the enterprise. Configures and maintains applicable systems and assists with daily tasks. Helps determine production capacity to meet business demands. Analyzes hardware and/or applications for compliance with security protocols. Assists project leads with researching, designing, and testing new technologies. Ensures service level agreements are met. Participates in incident management activities. Assists with managing vendor work at remote locations. Nature and Scope

Demonstrates skill in data analysis techniques. Nature of work requires increasing independence. May provide guidance/direction to junior level support. Work Environment

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Most of the time is spent sitting with frequent opportunity to move about. Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. Education and Experience

Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 2-5 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 2-4 years of experience in a related field. Certification is required in some areas. Our Goals for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
