Busek is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping and Receiving Associate to support daily logistics and inventory operations. This hands-on role is critical to the flow of materials and hardware supporting high-value aerospace programs. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands the importance of accuracy and accountability in shipping and receiving processes. Responsibilities
Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against packing slips and purchase orders Inspect received items for damage or discrepancies and report findings Coordinate outbound shipments (domestic and international), including packaging, labeling, and documentation Prepare and maintain shipping records, tracking numbers, and inventory updates Work with engineering, purchasing, and program teams to meet shipping schedules Maintain organization and cleanliness of the shipping/receiving area Track and manage inventory of materials, hardware, and supplies using internal systems Ensure compliance with export control regulations and company procedures Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment (training provided if needed) Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations Familiarity with shipping systems (FedEx, UPS, DHL) and basic inventory software Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication and basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets) Benefits
