Product Design Director

About the Role: We're seeking a talented Product Design Director to lead design work across our AI Cloud experiences, both IaaS and Managed AI Services. In this role, you'll partner with cross-functional teams and leverage your multidisciplinary skills to define and deliver delightful experiences and launch new products. Your team currently includes 4 designers. Join us and build something amazing. What You'll Be Working On: Lead Product Design across the Crusoe Cloud portfolio, championing our users' needs Deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions that meet user needs and support business goals Manage end-to-end design for features and new product launches Influence product strategy through research, storytelling, and design thinking Collaborate with product managers and go-to-market teams on feature requirements and user stories Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions Communicate design ideas using wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, prototypes, and mockups Provide detailed design specifications for engineering teams Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback Assist in hiring and cultivating a design culture within the company Contribute to and utilize our design system What You'll Bring to the Team: 10+ years of experience in Product or UX Design, managing a team of designers in a player-coach role Strong portfolio demonstrating comprehensive, impactful user-centric product design Proficiency in Figma and related tools Strategic thinking and ability to translate vision into design concepts Excellent storytelling skills to align and inspire teams Experience with GenAI product design for technical audiences and interest in AI integration Ability to pass a background check Alignment with company values Benefits: Competitive salary and Restricted Stock Units Health, vision, and dental insurance options HSA contributions, paid parental leave, life insurance, disability coverage Additional perks including Teladoc, 401(k) match, paid time off, and more Compensation Range: Up to $230,000 - $287,000 plus bonus and RSUs.
