Resident Care Manager , you'll have the autonomy to guide a small, tight-knit team, collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing, and ensure that each medically fragile resident receives dignified, high-quality care. As a registered nurse,

Resident Care Manager

at one of our Alliance Nursing Adult Family Homes, you'll lead a small, close-knit care team to ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate, and clinically sound care. In this role, you'll fulfill the legal responsibilities of the Resident Manager while providing day-to-day leadership and oversight of care operations. You'll serve as a trusted resource and mentor for your staff and play a key role in maintaining compliance, continuity, and excellence. What We're Looking For

We're seeking a confident, adaptable RN/Registered Nurse with strong leadership and clinical judgment. You should be comfortable training others on regulatory compliance, proficient in Microsoft Office and documentation systems, and skilled in leading under pressure with a problem-solving mindset. Qualifications

Required: Active, unrestricted Washington State RN license Current CPR certification (Health Care Provider or Professional Rescuer) At least 2 years of clinical RN experience Minimum 1 year of trach and ventilator experience Preferred: Experience in adult family homes Familiarity with WAC 388-76 & 388-112 Why You'll Love Working Here
