As a Sonic Multi-Unit Leader, you will manage the operations of all General Managers and employees within multiple SONIC drive-ins. You will also be responsible for training and supporting the drive-ins’ employees to ensure the provision of quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner, so our guests have an enjoyable experience at Sonic. The job duties include: Managing, training, and coaching Working Partners/General Managers and conducting management orientation. Directing and assigning employees as needed to meet operational standards. Overseeing multiple drive-in employees and management in performing all duties across various stations (e.g., Fountain & Frozen, Dresser, Front Swamp, Back Swamp, Grill, Switchboard, Expeditor, Food Prep, Carhop, Skating Carhop, Drive-Thru) as needed to ensure quality standards are met. Ensuring compliance with the employee handbook, policies, and practices. Addressing employee issues and policy violations promptly and reporting them to superiors. Reviewing work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and service quality. Monitoring cost control procedures and taking corrective actions when necessary. Auditing employment and payroll records. Focusing on guest needs and responding to escalated guest requests and complaints respectfully. Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring management team members. Approving employee and management compensation within guidelines. Preparing operational reports and developing action plans for financial or sales issues. Developing and implementing regional marketing plans. Additional Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; advanced studies preferred. Minimum three years of restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR. Experience in multi-unit supervision is preferred. Availability to work at least five days a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, and federal/state labor laws. Leadership, supervisory, communication, basic accounting, and computer skills. Ability to work independently, multitask, and resolve problems effectively. All that’s missing is you—Apply Today!
