As a McCans Sonic Group Multi-Unit Leader, you will manage the operations of all General Managers and employees within multiple SONIC drive-ins. You will be responsible for training and supporting employees to ensure quality food is provided in a clean, safe, and efficient manner, ensuring our guests have an enjoyable experience. Job Responsibilities:
Manage, train, and coach General Managers and employees; conduct management orientation. Direct and assign employees to meet operational standards. Oversee multiple drive-in employees and management during shifts, ensuring standards in food preparation, presentation, and service. Ensure compliance with employee handbook, policies, and practices. Address employee issues and policy violations promptly, reporting all concerns to supervisors. Review work schedules to ensure proper staffing and service levels. Monitor and control costs related to food, labor, and inventory, taking corrective actions when necessary. Audit employment and payroll records. Prioritize guest needs and respond to escalated guest requests and complaints. Recruit, interview, and hire management team members. Approve compensation levels within company guidelines. Prepare operational reports and develop action plans for financial or sales issues. Develop and implement regional marketing plans. Additional Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; advanced studies preferred. Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR. Experience in multi-unit supervision is preferred. Availability to work at least 5 days a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of recruiting, labor laws, and health regulations.
