Mainframe Change Management Administrator Remote USC GC only

REQUIREMENT:

Senior Mainframe Programmer – COBOL, JCL, IDMS & ChangeMan Administration Specialist

Columbia, South Carolina (Remote)

3 References from the recent projects are must.

Minimum Qualifications:

2+ years’ experience as a ChangeMan Administrator

5+ years’ combined experience with MAINFRAME, MVS COBOL, JCL, and IDMS

Familiarity with ChangeMan internal skeletons (skels) and panels

Hands-on experience with configuration management principles, procedures, and software testing

Effective verbal and written communication, adaptability, flexibility, self-motivation, problem solving, analytical thinking, time management, and ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments

Preferred:

CA-ADS experience

Experience with participating in Serena ChangeMan software upgrades

Background in healthcare IT, Medicaid/MMIS, or insurance eligibility systems

Specific Skills:

ChangeMan Administration (Serena ChangeMan, Skels & Panels)

Mainframe Development: MVS COBOL, JCL, IDMS

REXX / XML scripting (for customization & reporting)

Configuration Management & Software Testing Procedures

Software Migration to Production Environments

Documentation, Training & Consulting for ChangeMan
