Solta, a division of Bausch Health, specializes in non-invasive aesthetic products, aiming to enhance patients' quality of life with sophisticated technology and effective treatment options. Role Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned territory and customer base. Increase territory penetration through effective call planning, time management, and accurate forecasting. Promote product utilization via demonstrations, customer training, and education on indications, contraindications, and safety. Implement launch plans and leverage reward programs to drive product usage. Support and coordinate customer meetings, workshops, and trade shows. Build and maintain relationships, identify new customers, and conduct business evaluations. Become a Subject Matter Expert on industry trends and competitors. Collaborate with team members including surgical and non-surgical specialists, marketing, and clinical staff. Generate leads and cross-sell opportunities. Prepare sales contracts, manage administrative tasks, and maintain customer databases. Enhance customer loyalty through superior service and communication. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years B2B sales experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience selling consumables or medical products to plastic surgeons or dermatologists preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology, surgical techniques, and procedures advantageous. Strong sales, organizational, and communication skills. Valid driver’s license, ability to travel 75%, and transport equipment. Physical and Other Requirements
