Anesthesiology - Cardiac Physician

Shift:

• Monday Friday
• -hour shifts
• No call
• No weekends

Description:

• We are seeking a Cardiac Anesthesiologist to provide locum tenens support for a duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
• The position covers a high-volume cardiac practice averaging cardiovascular cases per day.
• Case mix includes cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgeries, as well as TAVR, CABG, and MitraClip procedures.
• The care team model consists of either 1 MD supervising 3 or 4 CRNAs.
• Physicians may choose to work their own cases if preferred.
• The EMR system used is Cerner with AIMS.

Requirements:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified
• Active NC medical license
• Current BCLS and ACLS certifications
