Job Description:Please be aware of the following:•No RTO will be granted during this assignment.•Start dates are not flexible•Must have worked in a facility using Epic EMR in the previous 12 months - travelers should have a strong foundation in Epic and demonstrate proficiency by testing out of Epic training during facility orientation.•All travelers are required to provide documentation to employee health demonstrating immunity for facility requirements. Please note that medical or religious exemption requests will not be accepted in lieu of documented proof of immunity. This requirement is in place to ensure the safety of our patients, staff, and community.•Clearance documentation will be due two weeks before assignment start. Incomplete documents will result in cancellation. Clearance appointment needs to be completed on Thursday (9/18) - recommended or Friday (9/19).•First day of work/orientation will be on Saturday 9/20.General Job duties.
