Senior Director Of Security Program Management
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and strategic Senior Director of Security Program Management to lead, coordinate, and drive execution across cross-functional, org-wide security and architectural initiatives. You will operate at the intersection of technology and business, influencing security direction, organizational priorities, and the overall security architecture vision for OCI. This is a unique opportunity to define and drive the next generation of cloud security for the world's most demanding workloads. Key Responsibilities: Security & Architectural Program Leadership Large Customer Onboarding Stakeholder Management Organizational Influence Execution Excellence Executive Communication & Presence Communication Talent Leadership Change Management Qualifications: Experience: 15+ years of industry experience, including 8+ years in program management or equivalent roles leading large-scale, cross-functional security initiatives in cloud or enterprise-scale platforms. Technical Depth: Proven expertise in modern distributed systems, cloud security architectures, and enterprise-scale security practices. Organizational Acumen: Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience driving influence without direct authority in large, matrixed organizations. Execution Track Record: History of successfully delivering complex, multi-year security and compliance programs impacting large engineering organizations. Executive Presence: Strong ability to present, engage, and provide critical updates to senior leaders regarding high-priority security initiatives. Leadership: Experience building, managing, and mentoring security program management teams. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated success in executive communication and organizational influence. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience). Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $161,700 to $338,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
