We are hiring a full-time, in-office Administrative Assistant to cover the front desk and support various parts of the firm. This person will be the first impression for clients and visitors, so they must be professional, friendly, and personable. Beyond greeting clients, their role is to learn quickly and assist across the firm, supporting attorneys, paralegals, billing, and administrative functions. We are looking for someone who is coachable and eager to grow — someone we can train not only to manage front desk responsibilities but also to take on tasks for the legal team and potentially the billing team. Over time, this role can grow into more responsibility depending on their strengths and performance. Ideal Candidate • Friendly and client-service oriented. • Strong follow-through and reliability — does not let tasks fall through the cracks. • Attention to detail and pride in accurate, organized work. •

Coachable and eager to learn

— open to feedback and able to grow into expanded responsibilities. • Dependable, steady, and punctual (8:45 am – 5:15 pm, Monday–Friday). • Comfortable with technology and willing to adapt to new tools. • Takes initiative — notices needs and addresses them proactively. • Growth-minded — open to expanding into legal or billing support functions as opportunities arise. Responsibilities: • Greet clients and visitors warmly and ensure the reception area is professional and tidy. • Answer and transfer phone calls promptly with a positive, professional tone. • Handle scanning, filing, and document organization with accuracy. • Make calls when needed to clients or vendors in a personable, professional manner. • Follow through with attorneys, paralegals, billing, and clients to ensure tasks are completed and deadlines met. • Learn office systems (scanner, phones, Clio, Dropbox, etc.) and be comfortable with technology. • Assist the

by calling clients for funds and handling customer service–related communications.
