Fire Alarm Project Manager - Mission Critical Projects Location:
Atlanta Metro, GA Compensation:
$110,000 to $150,000 base + bonus Irving Knight are partnered with a nationally ranked electrical contractor seeking a Fire Alarm Project Manager to oversee all aspects of the fire alarm scope across multiple mission critical projects, including planning, submittals, procurement, testing, and turnover. Job Summary: Plan, execute, and manage fire alarm installations for critical U.S. projects. Coordinate with teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with design, code, and schedule. Oversee fire alarm scope from preconstruction to final commissioning. Collaborate with Project Management to track progress and resolve issues. Ensure work complies with NFPA standards, local AHJ, and IES Safety policies. Requires travel and extended field work. Job Requirements: Strong knowledge of low voltage systems including Fire Alarm, DAS, Access Control, and Building Management Systems. Managed all phases of fire alarm installation including material procurement, installation oversight, submittals, coordination with testing agencies Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or equivalent OSHA 30 certification preferred Proven project management experience on fire alarm installation projects Seniority level
