What Youll Do Act as the escalation point for complex tickets across Windows servers, networks, endpoints, and cloud platforms Deliver support via remote tools, phone, and onsite visits as needed Configure and deploy endpoints, servers, and cloud solutions with seamless data migrations Manage and secure environments using Intune, MFA, conditional access, and endpoint protection Troubleshoot and maintain networking infrastructure: VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, DNS, DHCP Assist with cloud migrations and provide ongoing support for Azure Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge bases to elevate team performance Participate in on-call rotations for escalated after-hours issues (fairly shared) Serve as a technical advisor to clientsproactive, reliable, and resourceful What You Bring 5+ years
of hands-on IT experience (at least 2+ years with an MSP or in a fast-paced IT consulting environment) Microsoft 365, Azure, and SharePoint migration experience Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy Endpoint management with Intune Firewalls, VPNs, networking, and security best practices Strong communication skillsyou can translate complex tech into language clients understand A sense of ownership, urgency, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities A team-first mindsetyoure not just solving issues, youre supporting people Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (onsite visits required occasionally) Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. and handle hardware deployment/maintenance tasks Why Youll Love It Here Hybrid flexibility
