Your role: You will provide direct administrative, organizational, and programmatic support to the Co-President of Warner Music Nashville. This position will provide coordination between all sectors of the company. Here you'll get to: Provide direct support to the Co-President; including management of complex calendars, global travel, & corporate expense accounts. Daily professional communication with artists, managers, industry personnel. Act as support for & between all departments. Management of asset organization and distribution for artist roster. Coordinate executive conference calls, artist meetings, showcases, and special events. Schedule and attend weekly A&R and marketing meetings with the opportunity to provide creative ideas for artist projects. Compile and distribute research reports to internal staff, respective managers, agents, and external partners. Organize and process invoices. About you: You are adaptive and proactive in anticipating needs. You are a great teammate and concise, articulate communicator. You manage time effectively, are organized, and a self-starter. You have a vast knowledge and understanding of music across all genres. You enjoy continual learning and development. You are interested in learning more about A&R and/or Marketing We'd love it if you also had: Previous experience working in an executive office. Experience using industry tools such as Nielsen Music Connect, Mediabase, etc. Strong Computer Skills Proficient with organizational tools, experience with Google suite preferred. Experience in A&R or Marketing.
