About the Role

As Clinical Director, you will provide patient care, oversee the operations of the clinic, coordinate longitudinal care, and lead a high-performing clinical team. You will be fully supported by Ember Health's central operations team and standard-of-care protocols, with opportunities for partnership over time.

Credentials

MD or DO with an active or attainable State Medical License. Disciplines may include Emergency Medicine, Anesthesiology, Intensive Care, Internal Medicine, or Psychiatry (with relevant infusion experience). Comfortable with clinical monitoring, IV placement, and infusion management.

Responsibilities

Clinical Care

Administer and oversee ketamine infusions per clinical protocols. Determine appropriate dosing and monitor patients for safety and efficacy. Ensure psychological safety through therapeutic communication. Maintain accurate records and contribute to ongoing research-informed improvements. Foster a professional, positive, and calming clinic environment.

Longitudinal Care Coordination

Provide ongoing patient support and guidance throughout the care lifecycle. Build relationships with referring providers, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and therapists. Monitor patient wellbeing and guide booster infusion schedules. Coordinate communication among patients, providers, and the medical team.

Team Leadership

Lead and manage the clinic team, including nurses and administrative staff. Ensure smooth operations and high-quality patient care. Collaborate with central and leadership teams on resources and strategic initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits

Total Starting Compensation Range: $300,245 - $311,905 Starting Base Salary:

$291,500 annually, with partnership potential Additional Compensation:

Guaranteed 401(k) contributions plus performance-based contributions, totaling $8,745 guaranteed and up to $20,405 additional annually Comprehensive Healthcare Coverage:
