As a Systems Administrator, you will be a key member of the team responsible for the operation of Versapays end-user technologies, including O365, Azure, Okta, Azure AD, Intune, JAMF, and other supporting technologies. This role will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of all end-user technology services and technology used here at Versapay.
What You Will Do
Work with business and technology teams to build, deploy solutions, and strategies to solve key business problems that return maximum value to the organization.
Provide day-to-day support for technologies such as Jira, Github, Azure AD, Okta, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and other Cloud workloads.
Manage system patching, routine maintenance, and upgrades.
Assist with deployment and administration of new business applications.
Maintain high customer service standards and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
Keep detailed records of interactions and document processes and procedures related to troubleshooting, resolving, or escalating tickets.
Update and maintain documentation for internal IT processes and help articles for users.
Provide after-hours support as needed.
What You Will Bring
3+ years of experience supporting Office 365, Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and related tools.
Experience with Identity and Access Management tools such as Azure Active Directory, Active Directory, OKTA, GSuite, Auth0.
Scripting skills with PowerShell or Python for automation and problem resolution.
Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Microsoft Intune, Windows and Mac platforms, JAMF, and virtual desktops.
Experience troubleshooting hardware issues on desktops, laptops, and monitors.
Support for collaboration tools like Teams, Zoom, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
Experience with IT workflow and Service management tools like Service-Now, Jira, Spiceworks, Zendesk.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
A passion for learning and working with new technologies.
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 a year
