Job Title: Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)Location: Concord, NHPosition Summary:We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our healthcare team in Concord, NH. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to patients while ensuring their comfort and safety. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities:Patient Care: Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.Vital Signs Monitoring: Measure and record patient vital signs, including temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and weight.Patient Mobility: Help patients with ambulation, transfers, and positioning, ensuring comfort and safety.Documentation: Accurately document patient care and observations, keeping detailed records of changes in patient condition and responses to care.Assist with Treatments: Support the nursing team with basic medical procedures and treatments, under the direction of a registered nurse (RN) or physician.Personal Hygiene and Comfort: Ensure patient comfort by assisting with meals, hygiene, and keeping living areas clean and tidy.Patient Advocacy: Promote a culture of respect, dignity, and patient-centered care in all interactions with patients and their families.Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for patients.Infection Control: Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, following infection control protocols.Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
