Title: Assistant Program Director
Job Duties:
The Assistant Program Director assists in directing and coordinating assigned aspects of case management and programming. The Assistant Program Director/Shift Supervisor ensures compliance with the overall program's established policies and procedures and timely completion of reporting requirements. The Assistant Program Director also helps supervise program staff by providing therapeutic guidance. Additionally, he or she assists the Program Director in coordinating and implementing the core program. Schedule:
Full-Time Qualifications:
A minimum of an A.A./B.A./B.S. degree in psychology, social work, or a related field in mental health is required, and meets the minimum of any county contract. Licensed LCSW or LMFT is preferred. Mental Health Rehabilitation Centers (MHRCs) provide psychosocial rehabilitation programs in secure, residential settings with a focus on brief lengths of stay. Over the past decade, we have developed specialized support programs for clients who speak Vietnamese or Spanish as a first language. These clients participate in classes and activities in their native language, allowing them to thrive on their road to recovery. The Crestwood Center San Jose Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF) on our San Jose campus is close to mental health support services in Santa Clara County. The facility offers a spacious environment with living rooms, a welcoming room, visiting space, serenity room, dining room, and a courtyard. The program aims to restore hope, self-empowerment, and recovery in each client. The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary will depend on skills, experience, licensure, and program needs. Pay Range: $76,960—$83,200 USD It's About Growth!
