Lockheed Martin 1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants What You Will Be Doing We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Mechanic to join our 62 AMU team at Luke AFB. You will perform Launch and Recovery activities and maintenance on all systems (“nose-to-tail”) of the F-35 aircraft to ensure they are in good mechanical condition and safe for flight. Responsibilities include: Obtaining special certifications (e.g., confined space, borescope) as required locally. Performing Field-Level Modifications and TCTD maintenance actions. Providing On-The-Job Training (OJT) to new ICS team members, USAF maintainers, and international maintainers as needed. Maintaining and updating aircraft records in compliance with directives and informing production staff of aircraft status. Obtaining and maintaining a flightline driver’s competency card. Performing other duties as directed, working various shifts on short notice. Deploying on temporary duty assignments as required. Practicing good housekeeping and safety procedures. Requirements include: Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a security clearance (at least an interim secret clearance to start).
