About The Role
The role involves cybersecurity support including assessments, authorizations, and Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities. Responsibilities include using eMASS to record RMF activities, implementing security controls as per NIST SP 800-53 and CNSSI 1253, and adhering to DoD cybersecurity policies such as DoDI 8500.01 and DoDI 8510.01. The specialist will provide expertise in security hardening, assessment tools, and security architectures, ensuring compliance with operational policies and guidelines. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; 6 years with MS/MA; 3 years with PhD Certifications: CISM, CISA, CISSP, FITSP-M, GCIH, GCIA, GCSA, GICSP, GSEC, GSLC, ISSMP, or equivalent Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret w/SCI clearance Experience in vulnerability assessments and network monitoring Strong understanding of data transport, encryption, networking, and cybersecurity fundamentals Compensation
Target Salary Range: $86,000 - $138,000, based on experience and other factors. EEO:
