12 Months Job Description:
Responsible for translating the client's business requirements into specific systems, applications, or process designs with interlocked financial modeling for very large, complex technical solutions. Analyzes customer service requirements and designs service solutions to meet those objectives. Acts as the primary expert to construct the specific solution, scope document, risk profile, and financials. Maintains detailed industry and internal services knowledge to construct industry-leading service solutions, including expertise in processes, technologies, and personnel involved. Uses this expertise to develop detailed solutions encompassing process, technology, and staffing plans for customer sales opportunities. Constructs risk assessments and remediation plans for complex service proposals. Participates in building detailed financial models aligned with these proposals. Crafts Statements of Work and other deliverables using departmental automation tools to specify processes, technology, staffing, and project management aspects of the solutions. Provides a trusted advisor role as a Subject Matter Expert for technical services, offering advice and presentations to internal and external customers. Follows organizational SOPs related to cost modeling, approvals, reviews, and workflows. Responsibilities:
Translate client non-functional requirements into specific technical architectures for large, complex solutions. Analyze customer service requirements and design service solutions accordingly. Construct solutions, scope documents, risk profiles, and financials. Maintain and utilize detailed industry and internal knowledge to develop leading service solutions, understanding processes, technologies, and personnel involved. Develop detailed solutions covering process, technology, and staffing for sales opportunities. Conduct risk assessments and develop remediation plans. Build financial models aligned with proposals. Draft Statements of Work and other documents, using automation tools, to specify processes, technology, staffing, and project management. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert providing advice and presentations. Adhere to SOPs for cost modeling and approvals. Focus on Cloud solutions, including custom-built and SaaS offerings. Evaluate available on-premises vendor products and play a key role in technology selection and roadmaps for customers. Candidate Skills and Qualifications:
