The Denver office of Fisher Phillips seeks to hire a litigation associate to join our Employment Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3+ years of employment litigation experience looking to grow a practice under the mentorship of talented partners. We are looking for the next team member to join our community, someone who thrives in a hybrid work environment, and has a growth mindset. Typical day-to-day opportunities include working as part of a team handling litigation matters from start to finish, including responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations. You will work with clients on various day-to-day challenges under all employment laws, drafting/revising handbooks, training and similar activities. We know what success factors are needed to provide excellent client service to our internal and external clients. This means we are looking for attorneys with excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, a demonstrated familiarity with employment laws and a litigation experience, the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, a desire for excellence, a drive to win, commitment to and empathy for their fellow team members, and a relentless commitment to growth and client service. Admission to the Colorado Bar and a JD from an ABA accredited law school is required. In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act the salary range for this position will be: $170,000 - $220,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
