The Washington, D.C. office of Tycko & Zavareei LLP is currently seeking litigation associate attorney candidates, licensed in the District of Columbia, with 2–3 years post-law school litigation experience (JD 2022–2023) for employment opportunities beginning fall 2025.

Our Openings : We are seeking licensed attorneys with 2–3 years of post-law school litigation experience, interested in associate roles at the third- and fourth-year level, starting fall 2025 in our Washington, D.C. office. We offer competitive salaries and benefits, flexible hybrid-remote work arrangements, and a transparent bonus plan sharing the firm’s successes. The starting base salary ranges from approximately $178,000 to $194,000 (depending on experience), plus bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, holidays, health/dental/vision insurance, HSA, 401(k) with employer contribution after 12 months, EAP, commuter benefits, and more.
