Trust and Estate Planning Attorney A well-regarded New England law firm is expanding its
Trust and Estate Planning
team and is seeking an
experienced individual attorney or a small attorney group
(e.g., a solo practitioner with one or two associates). This is a
full-time
position with the flexibility to work from either the
Manchester, NH, or Boston, MA, office . This role is ideal for professionals looking to join a
stable, reputable firm
with a collegial and team-oriented culture that prioritizes long-term growth and career longevity. Key Responsibilities: Provide
advanced estate planning and probate services
to high-net-worth clients. Develop and implement
tax-efficient estate strategies , including asset protection, income tax minimization, and trust administration. Draft diverse
estate planning documents
and manage complex estate matters. Collaborate with the existing team while
maintaining and growing your own client base . Qualifications: J.D. required; LL.M. in Taxation preferred. A minimum of
7 years of private practice experience
in complex estate planning and administration. Ideal candidates will have
10+ years of experience
with at least 15 years remaining in their career. Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts or New Hampshire
(or both). Eligibility to waive in for attorneys admitted in other states is required. Portable book of business is required. Familiarity with Massachusetts and New Hampshire probate and tax law is essential. Seniority level
