Candidates living in or near this territory are highly encouraged to apply. Highlights of what our Account Managers do include, but are not limited to: Build strong relationships with customers through communication and service, ensuring quality, timely project delivery Manage crew members, including dispatch, performance management, addressing complaints, and workload planning Conduct proactive site quality reviews and communicate assessments internally and externally Network and earn referrals to help the branch achieve growth objectives Lead the branch in expanding its base contracts within targeted market segments and locations Assist the team in achieving goals related to quality, retention, growth, and profitability Are you the right fit for this role? Required skills and experience include: 5+ years of client and crew management experience in the commercial landscape industry with a proven track record managing a large client portfolio 2 or 4-year college degree in a related field and/or 2-3 years of landscape/horticulture experience, including managing multiple crew members At least 3 years of customer service, sales, and communication experience or equivalent Strong time management, organizational skills, and work ethic Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to write proposals and bids Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly preferred due to daily communication with Spanish-speaking team members Experience in consultative sales for additional services Perks and Pluses: Healthcare benefits and 401K matching 9 paid holidays, paid vacation, and sick leave Company-provided take-home vehicle, cell phone, and laptop Fast-paced, fun work environment with work-life balance Paid training, certification, and career growth opportunities Company culture that fosters growth, longevity, and mutual loyalty Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 annually (depending on skills, experience, and location) Annual bonus potential based on performance At Gothic Landscape, we believe your success is our success.
