1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants Direct message the job poster from Synergy Interactive We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect specializing in Master Data Management (MDM) to lead and govern enterprise solutions for individual identity data. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in MDM, identity and access management (IAM), and enterprise integrations, with a strong ability to design secure, scalable, and compliant architectures. Key Responsibilities: Architect and govern enterprise MDM solutions for identity data (customers, employees, partners). Design and implement authentication and authorization frameworks, including IAM, SSO, federation, RBAC, and ABAC. Ensure data quality, consistency, and lifecycle management across systems and integrations. Align MDM and IAM architectures with organizational security, privacy, and compliance standards. Drive integration of MDM with enterprise applications, APIs, and cloud platforms. Evaluate, recommend, and adopt emerging standards and technologies in MDM, identity, and access management. Qualifications: Proven experience architecting and implementing enterprise-scale MDM solutions. Strong background in IAM, including authentication, authorization, and federation protocols. Hands-on experience with tools, standards, and protocols such as SAML, OIDC, LDAP, and leading MDM platforms. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
