Acrisure provides a broad array of insurance and financial solutions, including commercial property and casualty, personal lines, employee benefits insurance, real estate services, cyber services, and asset and wealth management. Acrisure’s distribution network combines trusted advisors with growth and efficiency enabled by AI. Job Summary : Assists in the setup of new groups and ongoing maintenance in web portals and online enrollment systems. Works with outside vendors for required filings and reporting. Supports onboarding of new clients and renewals, including system setup and updates. Collaborates with programmers to maintain system functionality. Reviews discrepancy reports and audits to ensure data accuracy. Responsibilities

Complete system builds, renewal updates, and troubleshooting of Employee Navigator system. Carrier EDI and Data Exchange setup, review, and discrepancy management. Support carrier, payroll, and TPA connections, as needed. Perform reporting and audits for ACA compliance. Demo platforms and communicate with clients under supervision. Support internal and external software/system functionality. Identify and resolve problems using standard or customized solutions. Follow established processes and QA procedures. Coordinate with Account Management for data and client communication. Attend conferences for professional development. Foster positive team environment and communicate professionally. Requirements

Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to analyze and interpret data. Understanding of plan structure, design, and function. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Effective time management and multi-project handling skills. Knowledge of Benefit Administration. Technical aptitude and proficiency in software applications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently and in teams. Remote/hybrid work environment with a designated workspace. Education/Experience

Minimum 2 years of technical employee benefits experience. Life/Health Agent License preferred. Benefits & Perks
