Overview

This is a hands-on role that blends traditional systems engineering with some DevOps, AI and software development practices. Your primary role for most of your time will be as the trusted advisor for SMB clients, owning their environments, guiding decisions, and executing projects across infrastructure, cloud, security, and automation. Secondary work is expected around supplemental software development, DB and AI-based projects. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment and brings both technical depth and client-facing finesse.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated hands-on experience, knowledge, and expertise in not only technology but also consulting with an outward mindset for small-to-medium-sized businesses. You will foster the client relationship, own the environment, guide decision-making, propose & execute projects, and help drive growth for multiple clients, simultaneously. At BNC, being an outward, trusted advisor with a positive impact is as important as implementing the technology itself.

Business Network Consulting has been supporting the entire IT infrastructure of businesses in the Denver, Dallas, and Austin areas since 1997. This is a fast-paced environment, and those who join the team will have a very strong personal drive to succeed, be able to operate independently while also working within a structured system, and be directly rewarded for their efforts.
