Intermediate Architect/Job Captain

Kenneth Park Architects, an award-winning top-ranked full-service architecture firm with a wide range of clients in retail, commercial and mixed-use architecture, is currently seeking an Intermediate Architect/Job Captain with 5+ years of experience to join our team full-time on-site in our Los Angeles office. Salary:

$70,000 - $90,000 annually Responsibilities Lead the production of design and construction documents for high-end retail projects nationwide Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors Conduct architectural site surveys and generate detailed reports (travel required) Ensure all deliverables meet client standards and comply with applicable building codes Participate in construction administration Manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously Qualifications Bachelors degree in Architecture 510 years of post-graduate experience working in US architectural firm Experience with retail store documentation, roll outs and tenant coordination Strong technical knowledge and ability to develop construction details Proficiency in: AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp (a plus) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong time management and problem-solving abilities Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Willingness to travel nationally Seniority level
