Please do not apply unless you have a current work study award. You will be providing administrative support in the Office of Faculty Affairs & Division Support ( FADS ) in the College of Nursing. Youll be completing various administrative tasks, interacting with staff and faculty and gaining general office experience. This position may be of particular value to students interested in office careers or careers in nursing or university service in the future. Responsibilities Staffing front desk

Managing office supplies, data, and files

Scheduling appointments and arranging meetings

Placing textbook orders

Creating digital and printed content and providing communications support

Editing, word processing, data entry, and internet searches

Answering questions about the organization and associated activities

Other administrative duties as assigned

Familiarity with Microsoft Suite (in particular Excel) would be preferable. Training, coaching, and support on each job responsibility will be provided by FADS staff.
