The role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead our Latin America team. The successful candidate will develop and execute the Latin America Group strategy, requiring a deep understanding of the region's economic, political, and social factors.
Who you will work with
You will collaborate with the Global Head of Sectors, Markets and Themes, and the Co-Heads of our Latin America Group, to drive client development, market analysis, profile raising, and ROI evaluation across key product areas and offices.

Legal 500 Latin America . What you will be responsible for Identify growth opportunities and enhance market position within Latin America. Develop client outreach and relationship activities, fostering cross-product collaboration. Lead marketing initiatives, events, and reputation activities for the region. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Build relationships with key market participants. Maintain and update marketing and pitch materials. Support legal directory rankings and profile enhancement activities. What you will do Develop and implement market strategies aligned with firm objectives. Foster sector and product area expertise. Leverage market insights for strategic growth. Coordinate with practice areas and marketing teams for integrated campaigns. Enhance firm positioning through thought leadership and industry engagement. Serve as the global contact for Latin America inquiries. Qualifications Extensive experience in business development, preferably in law or professional services, with regional focus preferred. Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese required. Proven success in strategic initiatives, excellent relationship skills, and strong communication abilities are essential. Familiarity with CRM and market research tools is preferred. Bachelor's degree required; MBA or similar is a plus. Must be authorized to work in the US and adhere to firm policies.
