In this role, you will lead the customer experience with energy, attention to detail, and a passion for service, collaborating on design, new ideas, and participating in all front-of-house activities.

We are currently open Monday through Saturday, 10am-5pm. Day shifts, part-time, and full-time positions are available.

We seek candidates with front-of-house/service experience and a desire to grow.

Lead Server Job Summary Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The primary goal is to ensure guests have such a marvelous time that they want to return. As the lead, you will oversee the experience for all servers, ensure the dining area is prepared, and that teams are ready to serve.

Primary Activities & Responsibilities

Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of Luv Crepes Café.

Welcome guests, present menus, and answer questions about menu items, beverages, and services.

Monitor and observe guests’ dining experiences to ensure satisfaction and respond promptly to concerns.

Inform guests of menu changes and specials, and make genuine recommendations.

Take guests’ food orders, memorize or enter them into the system for the kitchen.

Prepare and serve specialty dishes such as crepes.

Prepare hot, cold, and mixed drinks for guests.

Clear tables and take dishes to the kitchen for cleaning.

Process payments using the POS system.

Engage with guests, thank them, and invite them to return.

Clean tables and counters after dining.

Assist with reservations, greeting, seating, and guest departure.

Set up food stations and dining areas for the next shift or large parties.

Stock supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens.

Prepare tables with linens, silverware, and glassware.

Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and bathroom cleaning.

Refill salt, pepper, sugar, cream, condiments, and napkin containers.

Attend employee meetings and suggest improvements.

Coordinate with team members to meet guest needs and support restaurant operations.

Fill in for colleagues as needed to maintain service standards.
