Optomi, in partnership with a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking a Senior iOS Developer for a hybrid role in Atlanta, GA. This opportunity sits within the AI Experience Team, which is responsible for developing production-grade mobile applications that interface with cutting-edge vehicle systems, backend APIs, and global serviceshelping shape the digital touchpoints of the modern customer journey. This role offers the chance to work closely with engineers, designers, and international partners while building next-gen features across the enterprise app ecosystem. Exposure to connected vehicle systems and next-gen automotive UX! Experience of the right candidate: 5+ years of professional iOS development experience (Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI). Strong grasp of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, MVP, VIPER). Experience integrating RESTful APIs, managing app state, and using async/await. Proven ability to build pixel-perfect custom UIs with UIKit and SwiftUI. Skilled in using CI/CD tools (Jenkins), Git, and package managers (CocoaPods, SPM). Comfortable with unit testing, code reviews, and performance optimization. Strong collaboration and communication skills in a multi-disciplinary environment. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in the automotive domain. Knowledge of Combine, DispatchQueues, and Firebase/Crashlytics. Familiarity with Apple App Store guidelines and the release process. Experience working with international teams and enterprise-scale systems. Responsibilities of the right candidate: Design, develop, and maintain scalable iOS apps in the enterprise ecosystem. Collaborate with backend, Android, and design teams across time zones. Participate in technical architecture discussions and roadmap planning. Transition existing components to SwiftUI where appropriate. Integrate vehicle-based services and support API/data layer development. Contribute to code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and testing best practices.
