This role offers an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative dedicated to providing outstanding client care. Current shift openings include 4, nine-hour shifts per week, with weekend rotation required. We are seeking candidates with day and/or swing shift availability.

Schedule and Compensation: 4 nine-hour day shifts per week, including rotating weekends and holidays. Benefits of Working at Premier Veterinary Group: Compensation starts at

$18.50/hr , based on experience and skills. Responsibilities and Duties: Greet clients in a friendly, helpful, and compassionate manner Prepare and review documents and medical records accurately Educate and advise clients about Premier's services and practices Process appointments, emergencies, and client requests ensuring high-quality care and satisfaction Handle admissions and discharges accurately; schedule follow-up appointments Process invoices and payments accurately Maintain client/pet records in accordance with legal requirements Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning, faxing, and emailing About You: Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to develop positive relationships and support team goals Basic knowledge of Windows-based computer programs Effective communication skills; ability to multitask and prioritize Recognize when to seek guidance in client-related cases Provide exceptional customer service Fluent in English (speaking and reading); multilingual skills a plus Ethos Veterinary Health
