This leadership role is ideal for a seasoned marketing professional with a strong track record in integrated campaign strategy and client relationship management. The Vice President, Integrated Marketing will act as the central strategic lead for key client accounts, orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives. This position combines client-facing leadership, internal team collaboration, and campaign oversight, ensuring that marketing programs are cohesive, innovative, and results-driven. You will guide teams across content, creative, and social disciplines, translating client objectives into actionable strategies while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Accountabilities Serve as the primary strategic point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned key client accounts, building and nurturing long-term client relationships. Develop, champion, and execute integrated marketing strategies and full-funnel campaign plans aligned with client objectives. Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, target audiences, and marketing challenges, translating insights into actionable strategies. Oversee internal content, creative, and production teams, providing clear guidance, constructive feedback, and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables. Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize outcomes and enhance client satisfaction. Identify opportunities to improve workflows and processes to maximize efficiency and client experience. Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, including case studies and award submissions, showcasing integrated marketing successes. Bachelor’s degree in integrated marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field. 8–10+ years of progressive experience in integrated marketing, with a strong focus on client service and account management in an agency environment. Proven ability to develop and lead integrated marketing campaigns leveraging content, creative, and social disciplines. Experience briefing and collaborating with creative, content, and production teams. Strong client management, communication, and relationship-building skills with marketing-level contacts. Proficiency in marketing analytics and the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions. Excellent organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering client success. Competitive salary ($145,000 - $195,000) based on experience, skills, and location. Merit-based bonuses and promotions.
