We are seeking a

Salesforce Developer

to design, build, and maintain custom Salesforce applications and integrations that drive business efficiency and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools, a deep understanding of the platforms capabilities, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Must have

Secret Level Clearance . An understanding of DoD and government security standards and policies is needed to ensure all deployed changes are highly secure and available. Duties:

Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and Triggers. Configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and flows to meet business needs. Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and applications using APIs, middleware, and web services. Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions. Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability. Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines. Provide technical documentation, system support, and user training as needed. Knowledge required:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 4+ years of Salesforce development experience. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL. Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), integrations, and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica). Knowledge of SFDC and DoD Supply Chain is a plus. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices within Salesforce. Additional Considerations:

The employee will be exposed to activity involving tribal communities and must adopt a culture of advocacy while respecting tribal sovereignty and governance issues. Work is primarily indoors; travel to Alaska may expose the employee to extreme cold (-10 to -50F) for periods up to 5 hours outside, with frequent breaks in warm, dry areas. Ability to lift personal luggage, equipment, and climb into small aircraft is required. The role may support federal programs requiring contract compliance activities, technical guidance, and clear communication with senior agency managers. The position offers a hybrid remote work policy but may require onsite work depending on federal contract support and adherence to federal telework policies. The position is classified as

and may require a background check for a public trust designation. Employees must sign a non-disclosure agreement and report conflicts of interest or outside employment.
