Main Duties and Responsibilities： Acquire merchants and help them increase orders and GMV, responsible for sales revenue and market share. Arrange face-to-face meetings to negotiate contracts with potential merchants. Maintain relationships with existing merchants, resolve issues, improve satisfaction, and ensure smooth operations. Conduct regular merchant visits, manage merchant materials. Ensure timely delivery of solutions aligned with customer needs. Update merchant profiles in our backend system. Coordinate with Marketing and Delivery teams to boost GMV. Job requirements： Fluent in Mandarin. At least 1 year of experience in business development or sales, preferably in food service or delivery industry. Strong time and project management skills. High market and data sensitivity. Commercial acumen, resilience to rejection, excellent interpersonal skills. Teamwork skills, ability to negotiate independently.
