THE ROLE Chetola Resort is seeking friendly, energetic, and service-oriented

Food Runners/Bussers

to join our team at Timberlake’s Restaurant. In this dual role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth dining room operations by delivering food promptly to tables, assisting servers, and maintaining a clean, welcoming dining environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment and enjoy being part of a collaborative hospitality team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO Guest Service & Food Running Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests quickly, accurately, and with a warm, professional demeanor. Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service. Assist in accommodating guest requests and ensuring satisfaction throughout the dining experience. Dining Room Support & Bussing Clear tables efficiently and reset them according to restaurant standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, server stations, and side work areas. Refill water glasses, assist with beverages, and support servers in providing exceptional guest service. Teamwork & Operations Support servers during peak times to ensure timely service. Assist with polishing silverware, stocking supplies, and other side duties as needed. Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to create a smooth and enjoyable guest experience. Requirements:

ABOUT YOU Energetic, reliable, and enthusiastic about hospitality. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Professional appearance and demeanor with a guest-first mindset. REQUIREMENTS Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required — we will train the right candidate. Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays or bus tubs for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
