Job Summary
We are seeking friendly, attentive, and energetic Full and Part-Time Restaurant Servers to join the team. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing excellent customer service, and taking accurate food and drink orders. Key Responsibilities
Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival. Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations when appropriate. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff. Serve food and drinks efficiently and in a timely manner. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Process guest payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables between guests. Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation guidelines. Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
