SAP Project Manager

Top 3 Required Skills: Extensive experience in SAP project management Strong technical background in SAP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, etc.) Proven track record of leading successful SAP S/4HANA implementations Must-Have Skills: End-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation/migration leadership experience Strong knowledge of SAP Activate, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies Experience managing scope, budget, timelines, and global cross-functional teams Risk management and issue resolution expertise Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Nice-to-Have Skills: PMP, SAP Activate, Agile, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certifications MBA or advanced degree Familiarity with MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, SAP Solution Manager Experience with continuous improvement and post-go-live hypercare Key Responsibilities and Duties: Lead enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple workstreams (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Analytics) Collaborate with technical/functional SAP teams, integration partners, and business stakeholders Oversee data migration, system integration, testing, and change management activities Monitor risks/issues and implement corrective actions to ensure project success Ensure governance, compliance, and quality assurance standards are met Provide regular updates to senior leadership and executive sponsors Drive post-go-live stabilization, hypercare, and continuous improvements Requirements: Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred) 812+ years of IT project management experience, with 5+ years leading SAP projects Proven SAP S/4HANA implementation/migration experience (required) Certifications in PMP, SAP Activate, or Agile (preferred) Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills Ability to manage global teams and thrive in fast-paced environments Seniority level
