Role Description This is a full-time/Contract hybrid role for a Senior Business System Analyst at our Client location in Jersey City, NJ. Local to New York, New Jersey. Recent experience in property and casualty insurance project. Good knowledge on claims, policy life cycle, insurance, accounting. Expertise in SQL. Data Engineering - SQL/PL, data structure, Data warehouse, build pipelines. Good to have - Reinsurance, AI The role involves tasks such as business systems analysis, systems analysis, and defining business requirements. Reviewing the Mapping documents from source to destination. Leading the development team and making sure the deliverables are according to the acceptance criteria. Leading large team, managers in building large scale, highly available distributed Data. Strong experience in building production grade enterprise solutions. Qualifications Business Systems Analysis and Systems Analysis skills Analytical Skills and Business Analysis abilities Experience in defining and documenting business requirements Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Ability to work well both independently and in a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies Architecture Patterns: Data Lake, Microservice, NoSql, Streaming via Pub/Sub, Event-Driven, Lamda, Separation of Concerns, Infrastructure as Code.
