As the Principal, Affiliate Marketing & Direct Mail, you will partner with your manager in developing and leading Brooks’ demand generation strategies focusing on Affiliate and Direct Mail marketing to both retain and acquire new customers to the brand while also helping to increase brand awareness and drive business results for

As a key leader on the NA Paid Media Team, you’ll be accountable for helping to develop and implement our strategies and overseeing tactical execution and optimizations across multiple channels/programs including affiliate, partner marketing, referral marketing, and direct mail. You will be responsible for managing external vendors and agencies, ensuring channels meet and exceed brand and performance KPIs. You will collaborate across teams including Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Creative, and Digital Products to support programming and attain KPIs. Success in this role involves being a high-impact contributor, growing leadership skills, and driving strategy in a collaborative, data-driven environment. Responsibilities:

Own the Affiliate Program strategy and expand to content, influencers, and partner networks to drive revenue and new customer acquisition Manage direct-to-consumer mail strategy, process, and creative execution with cross-functional teams Plan tactical campaigns for affiliate and direct mail programs Manage partner agencies and external vendors with clear strategic direction Coordinate creative needs and provide feedback for direct mail campaigns Support referral marketing program launch in partnership with Loyalty, E-commerce, and Digital Products teams Manage budgets, including forecasting and modeling with external partners Assist in developing quarterly budgets and targets, using an agile approach Analyze data, draw insights, and communicate results to optimize campaigns Report on eCommerce campaign performance and provide actionable insights Develop test and learn strategies across programs Measure and report on affiliate and direct mail programs, collaborating with data vendors and analytics teams Monitor KPIs and report monthly dashboards to stakeholders Work cross-functionally to deliver programs, campaigns, and workstreams Define tools and metrics for measurement and optimization Perform other duties as required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent experience 10+ years of experience in digital customer experiences, preferably in consumer brands 5+ years in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, or Paid Media Curious, proactive, with a bias for action Ability to create vision, navigate ambiguity, and influence stakeholders Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making Creative problem-solving skills to increase demand Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Tableau and Adobe Analytics preferred Experience with project management tools like JIRA or Smartsheet is a plus Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing priorities Innovative mindset and willingness to improve products and processes Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and a strong runner focus
