We haul mail for the United States Postal Service, mostly dedicated, round-trip freight. Drivers operate between postal facilities and relay points. Loading and unloading may be required, with or without mechanical freight-handling equipment. WHAT DO WE OFFER? Hometime:
Home daily, every other day, weekly, or out for a few weeks (OTR). Pay options include hourly ($17.80-$22.70/hour plus additional H&W after 90 days) or mileage pay, depending on the load. Benefits:
Eligibility after 90 days includes BC/BS health insurance, dental, vision, short-term disability, 10 paid holidays, holiday banking, paid vacation, direct deposit, $15,000 free life insurance (additional up to $60k), optional dependent life, and a 401(k). Equipment is mostly 5 years old or newer, including Volvos and Internationals, governed at 68 MPH, with features like APUs and refrigerators. Most trucks are automatic. Requirements:
CDL Class-A or B, clean MVR, at least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience, flexible schedule, English proficiency, knowledge of DOT regulations.
