Senior Front End Software Engineer - CoStar Real Estate Manager

Our CoStar Real Estate Manager platform is the leading solution for lease accounting, lease administration, and portfolio management. We are hiring an experienced Front End Engineer to enhance our web applications, impacting millions of users. The role involves learning emerging technologies and applying them to improve our products. Location: Atlanta, GA, with a schedule of Monday-Thursday in-office and remote on Fridays.
Responsibilities
Design and implement responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js.
Translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality code.
Manage application state with tools like Redux.
Maintain existing platforms using Angular.
Build design pattern library components with Storybook.
Contribute to multiple projects and review pull requests.
Work with tools like Webpack, Vite, or Rollup for bundling and optimization.
Update technology stacks with emerging tech.
Collaborate with Security to address vulnerabilities.
Assist with production deployments.
Work with product and design teams on new features and enhancements.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
5+ years of experience in web development with frameworks like React.js, AngularJS, Angular.
Understanding of React.js core principles.
3+ years of professional TypeScript experience.
3+ years of experience with advanced CSS.
Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous requests.
Experience with Docker, AWS, and content delivery networks.
Experience supporting cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
Familiarity with test-driven development and continuous integration.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Tailwind CSS, Node.js, SQL, Elastic, Webpack, and .NET Core.
Experience building REST APIs with Node.js.
Knowledge of Angular.js, Git, and VS Code.
