The Product Specialist is responsible for executing the Customer Experience and sales strategy for Kering Beauté. This role is key in delivering a captivating, branded customer experience and supporting sales goals, while embodying our core values of Transparency, Recognition, Accountability, and Communication. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Champion and drive the Customer Experience by maintaining high standards and supporting sales outside the store. Drive retail sales at the store level, supporting the Creed Sales Team to meet sales targets. Achieve personal sales goals to promote Creed and support pre-sale and launch objectives. Support market calendar action plans, including presell launches and in-store events, in collaboration with management. Engage with customers to build brand awareness. Participate in regular meetings with management and team to align on business strategies. Collaborate closely with management and team members on all aspects of the business. Manage event presell goals and setups. Open and close the boutique as required. CORE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fragrance, beauty, or luxury goods. Proven sales experience and proficiency in the retail/fragrance industry. Comfortable building relationships within a retail environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and event planning skills. Good technical skills, including computer proficiency and familiarity with reporting tools. Flexible, adaptable, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment. Physical ability to move within the store, including kneeling, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
